While writing,
I felt something
quietly nearby.

It wasn’t talking to me.
It wasn’t encouraging me.
It was just there.

And somehow,
that alone
made everything feel a little calmer.

Lately,
I’ve realized there are moments
when words are not enough.

No explanations needed.
No answers required.
Not even encouragement.

Just the sense that
someone is sharing
the same space,
the same time.

From now on,
small animals will sometimes
appear in this blog.

They are not the main characters.
They won’t guide the story.

They simply stay where
they don’t interrupt the words—
quietly,
by your side.

If you find yourself thinking,
“This feels calming,”
or
“My breathing feels a bit deeper,”

that’s more than enough.

You don’t need to understand anything.
You don’t need to look for meaning.

Just knowing that
you stopped by today
is enough.

I’ll quietly
leave the next piece here.
